I was introduced to Kristiina through a fellow cat owner, and she's been an invaluable source of information many times since.

When my cat, Bubbles, was showing subtle behavior changes, Kristiina was able to point me in the right direction. Turns out that he had a urinary blockage, which caused him distress and could have turned into a much more serious medical issue. Thanks to Kristiina's counsel, I took him to the vet right away and got him treatment.

In another instance, Kristiina helped me socialize a very sweet, homeless kitty in my yard. She gave me tips on how to build trust with him, what signs to watch out for to assess sociability, and even put me in touch with a rescue organization who helped me get him care.
